Accommodation is available upon request for candidates taking part in the selection process.Job TitleJob Title: Claims Analyst, Financial LinesResponsibilitiesHow does this role contribute to our collective success?This role contributes to AXIS’ collective success through maintaining and promoting a market leading claims service to support clients’ complex risks and challenges and in so doing to support the retention and acquisition of business.What will you do in this role?Handling FI and W&I claims allocated to you, under the supervision of more senior claims handlers.Working closely with clients, external legal advisors, market leaders, brokers and TPA service providers ensuring a premier claims service to clients is maintained.Engagement with stakeholders, including underwriters, actuaries and operations in relation to claims and management information.You may also be required to take on additional duties, responsibilities and activities appropriate to the nature of this role.About YouWe encourage you to bring your own experience and expertise to the table, so while there are some qualifications and experiences, we need you to have, we are open to discussing how your individual knowledge might lend itself to fulfilling this role and help us achieve our goals.What you need to haveEducated to Degree level or an equivalent apprenticeship.Experience with Excel, Word and PowerPoint preferable.Ability to present information in a clear and concise fashion relevant to the audience.Numerate, analytical/solution focused and able to work to a deadline.Excellent verbal and written communication.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships.Ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities to tight timelines.Effective organisation and planning.Accurate with good attention to detail.Integrity and professionalism.Willing to assume additional responsibilities.Team player, keen to assist and support colleagues.What we prefer you to have1-3 years’ previous experience working within a London market Insurer or broker an advantage but not essential.Role FactorsIn this role, you will typically be required to be in the office 3 days per weekWhat we offerYou will be eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package which includes medical plans for you and your family, health and wellness programs, retirement plans, tuition reimbursement, paid annual leave, and much more. #J-18808-Ljbffr
