This is an essential new role in the business that is required to collect and analyse customer data across all of Developer Services' activity and customer channels. You will provide insight which will drive our DMEX improvement initiatives and plans and ultimately drive our overall DMEX performance. You will monitor the success and outputs of change initiatives, ensuring efforts are focused on impacts and optimal benefits are delivered. You will seek and gather insight from across the wider Water and CX industry to enable our change programme to flex and react to developing strategies. Your key responsibilities will include: Provide relevant and effective data analysis and interpretation, using inputs from multiple sources. Identify and highlight trends and patterns. Ensure data and insight are provided at an appropriate frequency to the right audiences. Ensure root causes of multiple sources of data are understood and aligned. Communicate findings to key stakeholders. Influence colleagues and stakeholders to ensure decisions and priorities are data-led. Model, track and monitor the outputs and impacts of DMEX plans and other change initiatives. Monitor and understand trends in the wider water industry, particularly Developer Services operations, DMEX and Water UK metrics, and other external sources. What you should bring to the role: Proven data analysis and insight experience. Strong collaboration, relationship building and stakeholder management skills. Creation of CX and insight reports and data files, clearly articulating improvement opportunities. What’s in it for you? Competitive salary from £36,000 to £43,000 per annum, depending on experience.
