Home renovation is a major life decision involving long, complex journeys and significant investment. We guide homeowners from their first search for inspiration through to finished build and referral. Through content marketing, paid marketing and partnerships with leading property portals, we reach homeowners at the very start of their journey, giving us a large, high‑intent audience and one of the biggest homeowner databases in the UK. The Role We’re looking for a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to nurture homeowners through this long and considered journey. You’ll own HubSpot, designing smarter audience journeys that build trust, improve conversion and turn customers into advocates. With tens of thousands of homeowners entering our funnel each year from property portals and organic channels, there’s huge scope to segment, personalise and re‑engage people at every stage. You’ll work with our content and service delivery teams to connect data insights with creative execution. Hands‑on with data, you’ll analyse performance, identify opportunities and use automation to drive engagement and conversion. As we launch new product offerings and expand into new geographies, you’ll evolve lifecycle journeys and communications to meet different customer needs and contexts. Key Responsibilities Audit and improve nurture flows including post‑registration, reactivation and referral journeys Build automations to engage renovators pre‑purchase and homeowners early in their journey Re‑engage dormant leads through targeted campaigns and sales promotions Increase referrals and reviews through tailored post‑project journeys Design and optimise lifecycle journeys aligned to our tiered product framework Define and manage segments by geography, service type and funnel stage Use data insights to shape personalised messaging and dynamic content Apply a test and learn approach to optimise engagement and conversion Get the most from HubSpot to drive segmentation, automation and reporting Maintain accurate data through regular cleansing and quality checks Ensure reliable tracking across integrations for full funnel visibility Build clear reports to monitor funnel performance, engagement and ROI, linking CRM performance to revenue and lifetime value growth Use test and learn analysis to refine automations and journeys Extend analysis beyond CRM to include acquisition, attribution and ROI insights, giving a full view of marketing performance Turn insights into actionable recommendations for the wider marketing team Work with paid, content and product teams to ensure consistent messaging Feed CRM insights into the wider research hub and audience frameworks Support new product launches and market expansions with tailored lifecycle communications Work closely with our Sales team to implement CRM triggers, scripts, and automations Develop and manage CRM workflows as part of our referral partner communications What We’re Looking For Solid experience managing CRM campaigns end to end, typically gained over 3–5 years in a hands‑on marketing role Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM and marketing data to drive performance Deep understanding of HubSpot, automation workflows and segmentation logic Broad marketing knowledge with the ability to connect lifecycle strategy to content and performance activity Experience managing long‑lead or high‑consideration journeys, ideally in property, finance or other service categories Excellent communication instincts with an ability to balance clarity, empathy and persuasion Why Join Resi?
