We are looking for a resilient and passionate Year Manager to support pupils achieve their full potential starting ASAP. You will have high expectations as a Year Manager, supporting students to achieve their full potential academically, socially and emotionally. You will promote excellent behaviour and attendance, acting as a key positive support for students in your year group. Year Manager - about the role Support students in an emotional, academic and social capacity Year 8 – work with two other year managers to support the year group Uphold excellent standards for behaviour and attendance Promote the school's values and ethos Deal with any safeguarding concerns appropriately and sensitively Work with class teachers and senior leaders to support pupils Liaise with parents regarding progress Encourage and motivate pupils Long term position - January start Paid (Apply online only) a day Year Manager - Requirements Relevant pastoral experience working in KS3 and KS4. Excellent communication skills.
