About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team, ideally with at least five years of sales‑management experience leading sales teams in the IT Managed Services Industry. If you have a proven track record of selling managed services, professional services, software, and infrastructure, this could be the perfect opportunity. What You’ll Be Doing Platform Design & Architecture: Deliver and implement effective sales strategies, ensuring your team is set up to achieve their targets. Pipeline Management: Oversee team pipelines, tracking KPI metrics to drive success. Team Leadership: Coach, mentor and motivate the sales team to reach their goals and maintain high performance. Performance Monitoring: Analyse sales figures and data to evaluate team performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, supporting the team to grow our customer base alongside existing account development. Reporting: Regular use of CRM tools for forecasting and call logs, plus planning for large opportunities. Provide senior management with reports on sales performance, customer needs and market trends. Communication: Communicate professionally in written and verbal form, both internally and externally. Governance: Ensure the team operates in line with the organisation’s ISO Security Policy and Procedures, supporting audit activities where required. Strategic Thinking: You can develop successful long‑term sales plans and adapt to changes in the market. Analytical Skills: You use sales data to track trends, evaluate performance and shape strategy. Product Knowledge: In‑depth understanding of our company's products or services to confidently promote and sell them.
