The directorate provides a range of analysis of blood, body fluids and tissues for the Hospital inpatient and out-patient population, local GP's and other neighbouring Trusts.The Immunology Department at the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital undertakes investigations primarily covering autoimmunity tests, allergy testing and protein electrophoresis.This is a part‑time post working in our immunology laboratory so flexible working arrangements can be accommodated; however there will be a requirement to work Thursdays and Fridays and some Saturdays.Main DutiesUnder the supervision of a Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registered Biomedical Scientist (BMS), the role involves utilising knowledge and skills gained through a Foundation Degree or equivalent.
