OverviewComputer Science Teacher – Birmingham. A forward-thinking secondary school in Birmingham is looking for an enthusiastic Computer Science teacher to join their team from September 2025. This is a long-term role, initially until December, with the potential to extend. You’ll be teaching Computer Science across KS3 and KS4, supporting students to develop valuable digital and problem-solving skills.ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver engaging lessons in Computer Science for KS3 and KS4, building theoretical knowledge and practical coding skills.Help students prepare for GCSEs and develop skills for the future through understanding algorithms, programming, and digital technologies.QualificationsHold QTS with recent experience teaching Computer Science at secondary level.Confident delivering programming and theory to KS3 and KS4 pupils.Strong classroom management and ability to engage students of all abilities.Passion for technology and commitment to helping young people succeed.School EnvironmentThis Ofsted-rated Good Birmingham secondary school is known for its inclusive ethos and focus on student progress.
