To support our growing Private Client department, assisting fee earners with a wide range of matters including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney.Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting fee earners with all aspects of Private Client administrationAssisting with the preparation and management of probate and estate filesLiaising with clients, beneficiaries and third parties in a professional and compassionate mannerPreparing and organising documentation, correspondence and file notesLearning to draft Wills and LPAs with ongoing training and supervisionGeneral administrative duties such as file management, diary organisation and maintaining accurate recordsIdeal CandidateWell-organised with strong attention to detailExcellent communication and client-care skillsAble to manage workload efficiently and work to deadlinesA proactive attitude and willingness to learnPrevious experience in Private Client work or legal administration is essentialBenefitsCompetitive salaryPension schemeOn-site parkingFull-time, office-based role with opportunities for training and developmentIf you are enthusiastic and committed to providing high-quality client service, we would be delighted to hear from youPlease send CV with covering letter to naomi.ohalloran@penmanssolicitors.co.uk. #J-18808-Ljbffr
