Business Acumen: Strong understanding of how marketing drives pipeline, revenue, and GTM strategy. Campaign Engineering Skills: Skilled in setup, bidding, keyword strategy, targeting, and budget optimization. MarTech Expertise: Hands‑on with HubSpot (or similar) for attribution, tracking, and lifecycle management. Analytical Rigor: Strong command of CPL, CTR, CVR, and ROI, with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders. Testing Mindset: Experience designing structured A/B tests, interpreting results with rigor, and scaling improvements. Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect campaigns to buyer personas, customer journeys, and GTM motions. Platform Savviness: Up‑to‑date on Google and LinkedIn algorithms, formats, and emerging best practices. Collaboration & Communication skills: Strong cross‑team partner with excellent written and verbal skills to turn performance data into actionable insights.
