We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive our brand’s growth and visibility across wholesale and retail channels, bringing activation and community together to create unique brand experiences. This is a hands‑on, creative, and strategic role—perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, loves building relationships, and has a passion for connecting brands with audiences through authentic activations, partnerships, and campaigns. You’ll take the lead on all wholesale marketing initiatives, seasonal activations, and community‑building events while ensuring brand consistency across every touchpoint—from POS and PR to social media and ambassador collaborations. Key Responsibilities Wholesale & Retail Marketing Strengthen the role of brand activations within wholesale and retail environments—ensuring every activation delivers an immersive brand experience that drives both sell‑in and sell‑through. Work closely with key retail partners to integrate impactful brand activations such as product‑focused pop‑ups, high‑visibility store takeovers, interactive customer touchpoints, and curated retail theatre moments. Measure activation effectiveness through traffic uplift, engagement metrics, and partner feedback to continuously refine activation strategy and strengthen brand presence across all channels. Manage and execute seasonal POS for launches, showrooms, and ongoing wholesale/retail needs. Develop store marketing campaigns, coordinating ad hoc promotions, centre events, and digital content scheduling. Partner with wholesale accounts to deliver co‑branded marketing assets and manage digital advertising opportunities (e.g., Zalora). Plan and activate seasonal campaigns and in‑store events to build brand awareness and engagement within the wholesale community. Brand & PR Activation Oversee relationships with PR agencies, media partners, and content creators to drive brand visibility. Lead ambassador programs including seasonal outreach, contracts, and shoot planning. Identify and manage brand partnerships and collaborations to strengthen the brand’s positioning and reach. Digital & Social Media Develop and oversee the TikTok strategy – ensuring content aligns with brand tone and campaign objectives. Work closely with internal teams to build a social content calendar that maximizes engagement and brand storytelling. Support creative direction for photo and video shoots, seasonal look books, and catalogues. Campaign Management Plan and execute seasonal launches alongside the Sales Manager. Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and deliverables for both owned retail and wholesale activations. Collaborate with eCommerce to ensure campaign consistency across digital channels. About You 4+ years of marketing experience, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands. Proven experience managing wholesale marketing and retail activations. A creative eye for brand storytelling and campaign development. Strong project management skills—able to juggle multiple launches and deadlines. Confident communicator with experience working cross‑functionally with PR, sales, and creative teams. Social media savvy, with a good grasp of trends and influencer collaborations.
