We’re looking for a PA – Commercial to join our Revenue Management, Distribution & Holidays team. This role is all about making things happen smoothly: managing diaries, keeping priorities on track, and making sure our senior leaders’ time is focused where it counts most. As PA, you’ll provide seamless support to the SVP Revenue Management, Distribution & Holidays and the VP Holidays, working closely with the EA to our Chief Commercial Officer. It’s a role for someone who thrives on organisation, is proactive in anticipating needs, and takes pride in enabling leaders to deliver at their very best. Day to day You’ll be at the heart of the action, where no two days are the same. Key responsibilities include: Owning diary management and acting as gatekeeper to ensure priorities are aligned and preparation time is built in. Coordinating our internal events such as our popular Virgin Atlantic Holidays Peak Launch event Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and pre-reading packs, and capturing minutes and actions. Supporting team events, offsites, and department-wide initiatives such as townhalls and Commercial Conferences. Managing travel arrangements and creating well-planned itineraries that optimise leaders’ time. Reviewing inboxes, prioritising communications, and ensuring follow-up actions are delivered. Processing expenses, raising purchase orders, and tracking elements of department budgets. Partnering with the wider PA/EA community to provide seamless cover and contribute to continuous improvement across the function. About you You’ll bring proven experience in an administrative or PA role, ideally supporting senior leaders, and you’ll be known for your ability to juggle multiple priorities without missing a detail. We’re looking for someone who is: Exceptionally organised with strong diary management skills and the ability to stay one step ahead. Comfortable in coordinating or managing internal events A confident communicator, able to deal professionally with stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally. Tech-savvy, with practical experience of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn new systems quickly. Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs while using initiative to solve problems independently. A collaborative team player who values confidentiality, accuracy, and discretion. Flexible and adaptable, comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
