Job Title Waiter/Waitress at Colten Care Salary From £12.66 up to £14.98 per hour Location Canford Chase in Poole, Dorset (home) Job Overview We’re looking for a friendly and outgoing waiter/waitress to join our team and become a valued part of day‑to‑day life in our home. You’ll take pride in providing a personal, friendly and efficient service at each dining event. You’ll lead our residents through a unique and exciting food journey, building lasting relationships along the way. You’ll support the chef by delivering their tasty delights from the nutritious daily menu using fresh local produce and ingredients, helping make a meaningful difference to the health and well‑being of our residents every day. Responsibilities Deliver the daily menu to residents, ensuring timely and efficient service. Maintain high standards of food health and hygiene, adhering to all regulations. Provide a friendly and efficient service at each dining event, building relationships with residents. Support the chef in delivering dishes from the nutritious daily menu. Help inspire, develop and motivate staff through a succession plan. Qualifications & Skills Team player with enthusiasm and a can‑do attitude. Passion for creating an exceptional resident dining experience. Attention to detail and a sense of fun. Commitment to the highest standards of teamwork and food health and hygiene.
