Be responsible appointed person for the Gas on the NEC group Contract.ResponsibilitiesCompleting Statutory inspection of gas appliances on site and associated plantComplete reactive repairs on gas appliances on site and associated plantOverseeing Annual maintenance of Gas Network across the groupAnnual auditing of Gas maintenance of all site venues on contractEnsure all gas certification is up to dateAssist on other jobs within skill set around site as neededEnsure a professional image of CBRE is presented to clients and visitors, and ensure excellence in customer service is delivered and promoted at all times.Ensure that professional and technical skills are maintained through a commitment to personal development and life-long-learning.Skills and ExperienceCCN1, CEN1, COCN1, CCCN1, CIGA1, CDGA, CIGA, COMCAT5-10 Years Experience in a similar RoleExperience on working on large commercial boilersExperience on work on Direct fired AHU\'sExperience on commercial catering gas a bonusAbility to communicate at all levelsOrganised and disciplined approach to work giving careful attention to detailComputer literate - Word, ExcelAccountabilitiesAccountable to the Contract ManagerThe post holder does not have any directly reporting staffThis post carries no direct budgetary responsibility #J-18808-Ljbffr
