We’re partnering with a respected insurance brokerage in Orpington to find a Senior Commercial Renewals Account Executive to join their high-performing team.

The Role

Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients and handle the full renewal process.
Negotiate renewal terms with insurers, ensuring the best outcomes for clients and the business.
Prepare market presentations and renewal reports to support account executives.
Conduct mid-term adjustments and ensure policy documentation accuracy.
Maintain compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures.
Handle inbound and outbound client communications professionally and efficiently.
Cross-sell and identify opportunities for additional cover or services.
Share ideas for process improvements and contribute to team success.What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial insurance broking (broker or insurer background).
Proven track record in renewals and client retention.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
High attention to detail with excellent time management.
Confident working both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
Organised, proactive, and customer-focused approach.What’s on Offer

Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm schedule (no weekends)
