OverviewSupport Worker Wallsend - £12.22 per hourShifts are: Monday to Sunday, 8:00am - 3:00pm and 3:00pm - 10:00pm. It would also be covering Sleep-in shifts if required - 10:00pm - 8:00am. As a support worker with us you\'ll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people. Support individuals to gain independence in daily living activities Assist with personal care as needed Encourage access to local communities and social activities Plan and participate in activities (e.g., meals out, cinema, games) based on individual goals Work within a team to support people, adapting to changing days and needs About the serviceOur ABI (Acquired Brain Injury) service, 52 Carville Road in Wallsend, is a welcoming and friendly environment where you can help individuals grow in confidence and independence. You may accompany people to local restaurants, appointments, or enjoy activities like playing video games and watching films at home.
