Cleaning & Trolley Management Operative Location: Castlepoint Shopping Centre, Bournemouth Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, WED/THU/FRI/SAT/SUN Pay Rate: £12.36 per hour Overview of Job Description Responsibilities: Collect loose trolleys from all areas of the centre and secure them safely in the relevant areas for public use. Support the cleaning team when required. Always wear laundered company uniform so that Castlepoint Shopping Park's reputation for professionalism and quality is never compromised. Ensure that all work undertaken is strictly carried out in accordance with Castlepoint & ABM's Health and Safety procedures and that each employee has a personal responsibility for their own health and safety and for the safety of others. Assist the public in a friendly & professional manner. Carry out duties as directed by the supervisor and consider opportunities for improvement to work practices, proposing suggestions for continuous improvement. Work proactively, supporting and assisting colleagues whenever possible. Undertake ad hoc duties as directed or operationally required. Person Specification: Deliver exemplary standards in trolley collection & distribution service and customer service, supporting teammates to ensure teamwork thrives. Hardworking, committed to ensuring the highest standards are adhered to; always professional and proactive in interaction with the public. A good team player. Essential: Good communication skills (verbal & written). Good customer care skills. Smart clean appearance. Total commitment to quality. Full UK driving licence.
