Inventory Manager Location: Grange Park, Northampton, England, United Kingdom Company DescriptionGXO Logistics Supply Chain Inc. Job DescriptionAre you a detail-driven leader with a passion for inventory accuracy and operational excellence? Do you like delivering exceptional service and stock accuracy is key? Here at GXO, we are looking for an experienced Inventory Manager to join our contract based in Grange Park. You will oversee all inventory activities, ensuring daily objectives and customer SLAs are met. You'll lead a team of inventory operatives, manage client interactions, and drive continuous improvement in stock control processes. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30. You’ll also have access to our MyBenefits platform offering a variety of high street discounts, a cycle to work scheme, cashback cards, a saving scheme and much more What You’ll Do On a Typical Day Oversee and control all stock processing activities, ensuring accurate recording and documentation Act as the primary contact for all inventory-related queries and communications Maintain and enhance the inventory reporting suite to ensure timely and accurate reporting Communicate stock accuracy issues to relevant stakeholders and ensure resolution Apply technical knowledge to support an efficient and effective inventory control team What You Need To Succeed At GXO Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; WMS experience is a plus Proven ability to work under pressure and adapt to change Customer-facing experience and a proactive, self-motivated approach We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains. #J-18808-Ljbffr
