Area Practice Manager - Weymouth and Portland Locality Team An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Weymouth and Portland Locality Team as an Area Practice Manager. This is a part time role at 25 hours a week and is available for a 18‑month fixed term contract with the potential to extend. Responsibilities Lead and manage Social Workers and Assessment and Support Coordinators. Support the wider team and work closely with partner organisations in delivering best outcomes for the people of Weymouth and Portland. Drive change and transform how we work to meet organisational and customer demand. Qualifications Degree in Social Work or Occupational Therapy (or equivalent).
