Following a mountaineering accident in 1984 at age 23, the employer is now a full-time wheelchair user with mobility challenges and wears calipers. She is awaiting a possible shoulder replacement due to recurring dislocations. Despite physical limitations, the employer maintains her interest in sports, folk music, wildlife, and art, and enjoys staying active and engaged in the community. She also enjoys using the computer for tasks such as online shopping and communication, but requires support to do so effectively.Role Overview: This is a rewarding opportunity to support someone in maintaining independence, health, and wellbeing.
