Overview Key Stage 1 Teacher - Brent - NW10 - November 2025 Start Are you a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 1 Teacher looking for a teaching opportunity within a supportive and vibrant school community? Whether you're an experienced practitioner or an ECT, we'd love to hear from you We are working with an outstanding and high-achieving primary school in Brent that is seeking to appoint a Key Stage 1 Teacher from November 2025. Responsibilities Stay up to date with educational research and policies through training, workshops, and reading, while actively implementing all school and local authority initiatives. Promote a positive school culture by modelling excellent teaching practice, motivating staff, and representing the school in meetings with governors and external networks. Plan and deliver a high-quality, inclusive curriculum that challenges all pupils and supports progress in core and non-core subjects. Monitor pupil progress closely, using data to identify and implement effective interventions that close learning gaps and raise achievement. Collaborate regularly with colleagues and parents to support individual learning needs and communicate curriculum developments.
