Community Caseload Midwife Band 6 Caseload Midwife, Part & Full time available. We are one of the pioneering trusts for caseload midwifery with over 24 years of experience in continuity teams. We are working to improve continuity in both the community and the wider unit. Responsibilities Provide continuity of care for women during pregnancy, intrapartum and the postnatal period. Work in the community to cover clinics and home visits, including planned long shifts (both nights and days) to provide intrapartum care in the unit. Cover home and hospital births on call from the community. Collaborate with link consultants, consultant midwives, senior midwives and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high quality care. Requirements Driving essential – must be a qualified car driver. A trust lease scheme is available for those without a car.
