As the Nursery Manager, you will be at the heart of our mission to nurture and inspire young minds in a safe and engaging environment. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and care in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a dedicated team of early years practitioners, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, nursery policies and procedures, and high standards of care and education.Build strong relationships with children, families, and the local community, promoting a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.Monitor and evaluate educational programs to ensure best practices are implemented in the nursery.Provide training and professional development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.Manage the nursery budget and resources effectively, ensuring financial sustainability.This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and driven individual to play a vital role in the development of our nursery and its children.
