Vacancy - Permanent two‑week working pattern at 37.5 hours with alternative weekends. Overtime is regularly available. Day team operates between 07:00 and 22:00, with a mix of early and late shifts. What does a typical day look like at P4A? The truth is there isn’t one. Each service user is different and their independence goals are personalised to them. Adaptability and respect for individuality are at the core of our service. Typical activities include: Attending appointments, weekly shopping, etc. Providing emotional and mental wellbeing support. Administering and assisting with medication. Supporting budgeting and financial understanding. Assisting with meal preparation. Engaging in health and fitness activities such as swimming, gym, trampoline parks, etc. Building social skills through leisure activities like bowling, pool, meals out. Promoting independent travel with support on public transport services. The options are almost endless. We are looking for individuals with a drive to make a difference and to help our service users reach their individual goals. What would I need to make a real difference?
