This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring quality, compliance and excellence in every aspect of construction. The Role As a Building Services Engineer you'll act as the client's eyes and ears on site, conducting thorough inspections of mechanical, electrical and fabric installations (including HVAC, plumbing, fire systems and controls). You'll identify and resolve defects, maintain detailed site records and prepare clear reports for management. Liaising with contractors and stakeholders, you'll ensure projects meet design specifications and statutory regulations. What We're Looking For Qualification in Building Services Engineering, Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, Construction, or related discipline (HNC / HND, Degree, City & Guilds). Proven experience as Clerk of Works, Site Inspector, or similar. Strong knowledge of building services systems and Building Regulations. Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
