Senior Paralegal – Auction Packs iamproperty – Newcastle Upon Tyne, England, United Kingdom Responsibilities Prepare, review, and deliver auction packs to a consistently high standard. Manage an individual pipeline of c.100 properties, ensuring timely completion. Identify title defects and other issues (adverse possession, lost deeds, name discrepancies) and escalates appropriately. Conduct pre‑contract searches and checks, including local authority proposals, leases, easements, mortgages, flooding/subsidence risks. Ensure compliance with company policies, CLC regulations, and anti‑money laundering requirements. Maintain excellent client relationships, providing clear and accurate information via phone, email, and in person. Support and mentor junior team members, promoting a collaborative, high‑performing environment. Attend team meetings and training sessions, keeping up‑to‑date with legal and regulatory changes. Qualifications 2+ years conveyancing experience (residential & commercial). Strong knowledge of freehold, leasehold, and unregistered land. Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills. Ability to handle a high‑volume workload under tight deadlines. Target‑driven, proactive, and results‑focused. Benefits Hybrid working. Private counselling with a weekly confidential helpline.
