Responsibilities First point of contact for IT and systems‑related queries, providing support for ERP (SAP Business ByDesign), including user support, troubleshooting, data checks, reporting, and permissions. Support the SNAP WMS platform – user support, access, integration, issue resolution, maintaining data accuracy, and configuration assistance. Maintain and support Markem labelling systems, ensuring uptime and accurate label outputs. Administer Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and related cloud tools. Deliver excellent user support for systems and related devices such as scanners and label printers. Assist with user setup, onboarding/offboarding, asset management, and liaise with external IT partners and vendors. Identify opportunities to streamline system use and improve data flows; support system enhancements, configuration changes, and testing. Assist with documentation, training materials, and user guides. Participate in IT and systems improvement projects, system upgrades, integrations, reporting enhancements, and new site/line implementations. Working knowledge of ERP or business systems (ideally SAP Business ByDesign). Understanding of Warehouse Management Systems, labelling systems, or shop‑floor technologies (desirable). Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud tools (365, Teams, SharePoint, etc.). Excellent problem‑solving and proactive, helpful attitude. Clear communication style at all levels.
