It operates as a medium‑sized team and is dedicated to maintaining its properties to the highest standards.DescriptionPerform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across M&E building services systemsCarry out monitoring, fault‑finding, and diagnostics on mechanical, electrical, and control systemsOperate and maintain data centre plant equipment includingRespond to alarms and critical incidents promptly, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal downtimeComplete shift reports, maintenance logs, and system documentation accuratelyAdhere to data centre operating procedures, risk protocols, and permit‑to‑work processesSupport continuous improvement and reliability initiatives on‑siteWork cooperatively with on‑site clients, vendors, and engineering teamsProfileRelevant qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering.Proven expertise in maintaining and repairing property‑related systems.Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.Experience working in a not‑for‑profit or similar organisation is advantageous.Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.Proficiency in documenting technical processes and reports.Job Offer.Job OfferCompetitive salary ranging from £40,500 to £49,500 per annum.Up to 42 days annual leave including Bank holidays and Xmas shutdown.21% pension contribution by orginisation.This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Electrical/Mechanical Engineer to make a meaningful impact in the not‑for‑profit sector.
