Were looking for a passionate and experienced Supply Chain & Operations Delivery Lead to join our Packaging divisions Supply Chain & Operations leadership team. This is a unique opportunity to lead transformational change shape our project delivery culture and build capability across the Function including a focus on Health & Safety. Why This Role Matters As Supply Chain & Operations Delivery Lead youll be at the forefront of delivering our strategic agenda. Youll ensure our projects and programmes are aligned with business priorities resourced effectively and executed to the highest standards. Youll also play a key role in embedding our Delivery Framework and developing our project management community. Key Focus Areas Strategic Portfolio Delivery : Align the Functions portfolio with business objectives drive prioritisation and ensure transparency in delivery with the management team. Programme & Project Delivery Management : Lead implementation planning governance and benefit realisation across all Functional projects. Capability Development : Coach and upskill project managers embed best practices and support continuous improvement. Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure delivery success and alignment with strategic goals. Change & Communication : Lead communications and change initiatives to support project success and stakeholder buy‑in. What You’ll Bring Masters degree or equivalent work experience preferably with business and technical background. Proven experience in leading strategic transformation programmes across a multinational matrixed corporate environment. Demonstrated results from independently driving and implementing organisational transformation. 5‑10 years experience from Top Tier consultancies and / or in an international order‑producing businesses. Strong communication influencing and stakeholder management skills proven ability to deal with stakeholders at senior management level. Preferably a Certification in Project Management (Prince 2 MSP PMP P3O). Expertise in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Passion for quality governance and continuous improvement. Proficiency in MS Office Visio Project Teams and PowerBI. Ideally experience in the packaging industry. Whats In It For You Opportunity to shape and lead the Functions delivery strategy.
