This role supports three individuals with learning disabilities and non‑verbal communication, providing personal care, daily living tasks, and engaging activities such as music, cinema, theatre, café trips, and holiday outings. Lunch and dinner are provided while on shift. Base Pay Range Role: Support Worker Salary: £25,433 FTE Hours: 14 to 36 hours per week About Style Acre Are you looking for a job that gives purpose and allows you to make a difference? We seek caring, patient, and dedicated staff who can use their initiative, cope well under pressure, and work as part of a supportive team. Two young women and a young man with complex, challenging needs will be supported in their home. Responsibilities Supporting with personal care, eating & drinking, shopping, household tasks, cooking, cleaning, and all the fun and fulfilling activities that keep each day varied and exciting. You will work alongside two other staff members on each shift, ensuring continuity and support at all times.
