Job Title : Regulatory Risk and Control Oversight VP Location : London Term : 1 year maternity cover. Rate : £350 - £400 GBP per day. About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Policy Coordination & Regulatory Risk professional to join the Regulatory Risk & Control Oversight programme of our corporate banking client based in London. This pivotal role will support the Department in ensuring robust coordination of regulatory policy, oversight of compliance risk, and effective management of control assessments across financial crime, markets, and banking obligations. Key Responsibilities Policy Coordination : Lead the Department’s policy coordination efforts, acting as the primary liaison with the Group Compliance Policy Portal Team. Regulatory Expertise : Serve as a subject‑matter expert on regulatory risk across financial crime, markets, and banking activities. Partner with 1st and 2nd Line teams to oversee the effective implementation of regulatory changes. Control Self-Assessment : Coordinate the annual Compliance Control Self‑Assessment (CSA) exercise for RC UK and collaborate with the IC Non‑Financial Risk (NFR) team to align with the London‑wide control self‑assessment framework.
