Behaviour Mentor (SEMH) Academics are exclusively working with a brilliant Primary School in Witham who are looking to find x2 Behaviour Mentors (SEMH) for January start. This is a rare opportunity to join a close-knit Primary School for young people who require specialist SEMH support within a small school setting. This is a January start position, Monday - Friday, school hours (8:30am - 3:30pm). The daily rate for this role is between £88-£100 per day experience dependant. Some of the students at this school often struggle to cope in the school environment. These students can have self-esteem issues and confidence issues, so need confident, firm but fair and supportive staff around them to succeed.
