You will be responsible for: Designing innovative and functional carton structures that meet client requirements, production capabilities, and brand objectives Creating detailed technical drawings, CAD models, and prototypes to illustrate design concepts and structural performance Collaborating with clients, account managers, and graphic designers to interpret briefs and develop effective packaging solutions Working closely with production, die‑making, and finishing teams to ensure designs are accurate, efficient, and ready for manufacture Staying informed on packaging trends, sustainability developments, and new technologies within carton and board packaging Key attributes required: Strong understanding of carton construction, board materials, and packaging manufacturing processes Excellent spatial awareness and technical drawing ability Strong attention to detail when producing cutter guides, prototypes, and technical specifications Ability to interpret client briefs and translate them into effective packaging solutions Good communication skills for collaborating with clients, designers, production teams, and suppliers If you’re ready to take the next step in your structural design career, this role offers the perfect platform to grow and make a meaningful impact.
