Festive Colleague - Littlehampton Superstore Pay rate: Starts from £12.64 an hour; £13.85 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location and skills. We offer flexible shifts during the festive season, with a range of tasks including serving customers, stocking shelves, and picking orders for home delivery. About the role As a festive colleague you will help deliver Christmas cheer across the nation, support the store during busy periods, stock shelves, serve customers, and fulfil the Click & Collect service. Each shift offers a unique experience and the chance to make a real impact. Responsibilities Deliver Christmas cheer for households nationwide. Provide support in store during the busy festive period. Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed. Serve customers and pick orders for our Click and Collect service. Take pride in providing a brilliant customer experience. Qualifications A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile. The ability to build rapport with customers and leave them happy. Initiative to make decisions that benefit customers. Strong teamwork and open communication skills. Build relationships with colleagues to create team spirit. Punctuality, good presentation, and brand ambassador quality.
