RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS (NW) are partnering with our Client to appoint a Legal Director Based at our Clients Head Office – Trafford Park, Manchester as Legal Director you will work to support to Group Companies with a combined Turnover of c £200m. As Legal Director you will take responsibility and control of all Legal Matters – relating to Contract Management / People and Property. You will need to be a character that will want to work in a fast paced – challenging and rewarding role and business – it is a cliche but truly no 2 days will be the same Skills and Person needed to be the next Legal Director Qualified Solicitor – with a current practising certificate Proven experience across Commercial – Dispute Resolution – have a proven track record of Defending and Winning Claims Ability to manage and prioritise a variable workloadKeeping up to date with new areas of Law – working to advise CEO and Directors and the wider business Constant review of Legal Compliance – including Contract drafting and reviewing Update of Group Company Policy and the training of Managers across the Group What you can expect and the Legal Director Annual Salary ranging from c £70,000 – over £100,000 doe Annual Performance related Bonus / Profit Share and Salary Review Flexible working options 25 days Holidays and Bank Holidays Group Staff Discounts Retail / Life Style and Health Benefits and Discounts If you are interested in this job role please submit your application, alternatively you can give us a call to be the first to apply Due to the large number of applications we receive, we may not be able to respond to every applicant.
