Responsibilities

PRIMARY

  • Ability to provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth and meet patient volume goals targeted for tele and in patient as determined.
  • Lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care and provide guidance as necessary to ensure quality professional services.
  • Discuss and review patients' medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications.
  • Formulate accurate diagnoses by asking situation-specific questions.
  • Engage with clinical leadership to ensure strong patient care and resolution of concerns.
  • Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner.
  • Implement clinical and Telehealth protocols as outlined by CMO and Supervising Physicians.
  • Analyze and interpret patients' histories and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
  • Deliver excellent patient care through in-patient and virtual diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations, including HIPAA.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
  • Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe medications responsibly.
  • Attend mandatory monthly meetings with Supervising physicians and E/M training.
  • Adhere to the Core Values of the Company.
  • Communicate regularly within the team to support excellent patient care.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Experience Requirements and Preferences:

Education: Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN)

Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice is strongly preferred.

Current License or Certification:

  • License and DEA must be active, in good standing, and verifiable.
  • Providers must be able to treat all ages and meet any credentialing requirements needed.
Education Requirements:

Masters Degree in Nursing
