To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for Gymnastics Coaches to join our centre.The main purpose of this role is to assist with the development of the Gymnastics Programme at Alexander Stadium Leisure Centre through delivery of planned sessions that promote progression through the programme’s pathway.You will deliver a professional and fun Gymnastics programme of sport specific activity and ensure that coaching sessions are suitably planned and developed for all people including those less able or with specific needs. You will make sure that all guidelines are adhered to, and that safety and welfare of the gymnasts is always paramount. You will be an ambassador for the way sessions are delivered and in which you conduct yourself.We share your passion for leisure, and we will offer a safe, fun, and professional working environment with excellent development opportunities.Serco manages these facilities on a day-to-day basis on behalf of the Trust.About YouTo be considered for this role you will hold a Level 2 British Gymnastics Coach qualification, have experience in delivering structured coaching sessions and have high standards of personal delivery and ability to hold participants accountable to those standards while not infringing on the development or enjoyment of the participant.You will be enthusiastic, resilient and be able to liaise professionally with customers and our coaching team.
