Reporting to: Production ManagerReference: R9194Working as part of a team within the department that identifies, plans, orders and receives Raw Materials to satisfy demand of compound and blends on site, driven by the transport & production plans whilst adhering to Inventory, manufacturing and logistics targets. In addition to the core planning role, you will provide a weighbridge service, ensuring that all incoming and outgoing vehicles are weighed and recorded using our computerised stock system and all site product sampling schedules are adhered to.Purpose of the JobPlan incoming raw materials, sample and ensure correct paperwork on delivery. Route to R/M bins.Carry our all weighbridge activities.Plan for the nights’ production working with transport to ensure the correct product and quantity is available.Dispatch finished product as per loading sheets.Ensure stock inventory is checked and kept up to date.Source and Order Mill spares, consumables and services as requested.Assist with Administration of Health & Safety, Quality & Environmental Compliance, and the administration functions for maintaining the ISO45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 systems.Assist with FLT cover and other General Mill Cover, including the making up of micro ads, checking of vehicles etc. as required.Liaise with all members of the office/mill team to ensure the job is done correctly in the most efficient and cost effective way.Responsible for contributing to the implementation of quality standards and company procedures.Follow Site Procedures at all times.P2P- Raise purchase orders, and receipt them against work completedP2P managing discipline of systemReporting OTIF resultsMonitoring OTIF , managing actions to resolve issuesReporting tier info to the siteStock takesFormulationsVehicle loadingComplete monthly SMR reportComplete KPI portal data entryManager KPI trends info , and publish graphs monthlyApplicationsWe value diversity in our workplace and welcome enquiries from everyone.Candidates wishing to apply who would require sponsorship can determine the likelihood of obtaining a Certificate of Sponsorship for the role by assessing their circumstances against the relevant criteria on the Gov.UK website.Please make us aware if your need any reasonable adjustments to participate in this process.We encourage you to submit your application as early as possible as closing dates may vary. #J-18808-Ljbffr
