Join our vision of a low-carbon world and help make positive change Who are we looking for? Hatch is hiring a Graduate Process Engineer to support the growth of our Energy sector business. This role offers work that is varied and stimulating, executing real value added from day one. In addition to client exposure, you’ll gain experience across a broad range of process engineering disciplines and project types. Because we embrace our client’s vision, we are committed to developing engineers the best they can be through comprehensive training, mentorship, and regular performance reviews. Our Professional Development Program (PDP) supports Chartership, technical skill-building, and global networking opportunities. Role Overview As a Graduate Process Engineer, you will: Receive mentorship from some leading minds in the industry. Gain project experience in London and internationally. Collaborate across diverse cultures within our global organization. Participate in local PDP initiatives focused on professional growth and social engagement. Qualifications and Attributes Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering (minimum 2:1). Legal authorization to work in the UK. Up to 24 months of relevant work experience would be an asset. Strong collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams. Demonstrated enthusiasm for process engineering and commitment to ongoing professional development. Excellent communication and report-writing abilities. Willingness to travel internationally. Location 20 St Andrews Street, London, EC4A 3AG. Some international travel may be required.
