Facilities Assistant We have a fantastic opportunity for a Facilities Assistant to join our team at the Teesside offices of a world renowned bank. The Facilities Assistant is the main point of contact in the office for all things relating to facilities, providing assistance and answering the queries of anyone using the building. They will be involved in and oversee functions including the meet and greet of staff and their visitors, coordinating maintenance requests, and liaising with building management and service partners to create a seamless experience for all. The Facilities Assistant will also assist with space planning and logistics, onboarding new contractors, upholding health and safety standards and conducting regular audits. Hours: 40 hours per week shifts from 8am-5pm, Mon–Fri Salary: £28,050 per annum Qualifications The ideal applicant will be bubbly with a strong passion for customer service. Whilst exposure to facilities is desirable, the successful candidate must have experience in a busy customer services environment. They will have a friendly, yet professional approach and a positive, can-do attitude. They will relish the opportunity to find solutions to problems and work just as well in a team as they do alone.
