We pride ourselves on delivering reliable, professional services to a portfolio ofprestigious commercial and corporate clientsacross landmark properties.Due to continued growth, we are seeking a skilled and motivatedMulti Skilled Engineerto join our experienced maintenance team.The RoleAs aMulti-skilled Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of building systems across our clients site in Kensington, London.You’ll be responsible for:Carrying outPlanned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on Electrical/Mechanical plant and building systems.Working on HVAC systems, pumps, valves, fan coil units, and other building services equipment.Fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs to maintain uptime and performance.Ensuring all maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with statutory and company standards.Collaborating with electrical engineers and site teams to deliver a first-class maintenance service.Hours:Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 17:00PMKey Responsibilities:Perform scheduled maintenance tasks as per the maintenance plan.Conduct repairs and ensure the proper functioning of all mechanical plant and equipment.Service air conditioning (AC) and fan coil units (FCU), among other tasks.Tap Temperature testingAccurately update and maintain maintenance logs.Report any issues and provide relevant updates promptly.Qualifications and Experience:City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2-3 in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent – Essential.Essential: 3-5 years of experience in Facilities Maintenance – Essential.26 days annual leave + Bank Holidays.Employer pension contributions of 3%.Overtime opportunities.Progression opportunities.We are committed to fostering an inclusive work environment and encourage applications from all qualified candidates.
