Night Porter/Cleaner

Responsibilities Assist with the Night Audit, ensuring all reports and records are accurate and up to date Handle security and emergency procedures like a pro, ensuring guest and staff safety at all times Provide a clear and detailed handover to the early staff/Duty Manager, keeping operations smooth Conduct Health & Safety checks and Night Walks, ensuring everything is in top shape Assist with the setup and preparation of the breakfast service to deliver a seamless guest experience Carry out cleaning tasks in all hotel public areas to maintain high hygiene and presentation standards for the day ahead Ensure the meeting rooms are set up to the required standards for forthcoming functions. Handle room service orders such as sandwiches or bar drinks for in house guests during the night.
