This is a hands-on design role, leading the creative direction and execution of branding, digital, print, and campaign work. You will be responsible for owning key projects end-to-end, producing high-quality design, and guiding the creative standard across the studio. While you will support and inspire the design team, this role is primarily focused on leading the work, not managing people.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative & DesignLead on concept development, creative direction, and execution across branding, digital, print, and campaign projectsTake ownership of design deliverables across multiple projects, producing high-quality workMaintain and evolve high creative standards that reflect Meor’s visual identity and client expectationsCollaborate with the design team to push creative ideas and elevate the overall outputProvide creative input, direction, and inspiration across the studio’s design projectsOffer constructive feedback and creative guidance to the design team to elevate project outcomesContribute to shaping the creative approach and methodologies within the studioWork closely with the Creative Director and Studio Manager to ensure creative excellence and smooth project flowProject & Stakeholder ManagementLead key projects from concept to delivery, ensuring deadlines and expectations are metCollaborate with the Creative Director and Studio Manager on major projects and creative directionSupport client presentations, workshops, reviews, and feedback sessionsProvide regular updates on project progress and creative decisionsBusiness DevelopmentContribute to pitches, proposals, and new business opportunitiesHelp evolve Meor’s portfolio, case studies, and visual positioning to support growthProven ability to lead design projects end-to-end, from concept to deliveryStrong decision-making and creative problem-solving skillsAbility to inspire creative thinking within a team environmentDesign & Creative ExpertiseExtensive experience delivering high-quality branding and design projectsExcellent conceptual and visual design skillsStrong typography, layout, and colour theory knowledgeProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and FigmaDeep understanding of brand strategy and positioningProject & Client ManagementAbility to manage multiple design projects simultaneouslyConfident presenting design thinking to clients and stakeholdersStrong attention to detail and quality controlExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with designers and studio leadershipComfortable working closely with the Creative Director and Studio ManagerBusiness Development / Commercial AwarenessExperience or interest in supporting pitches and project proposalsUnderstanding of design’s role within wider brand and business objectivesExperience in creative or design agenciesMotion graphics, video editing, or interactive design skillsUnderstanding of web design, CMS platforms, or UX/UI principlesPhotography direction or content creation experienceFamiliarity with project management tools (Monday.com, Trello)Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionDesign, Art/Creative, and Information TechnologyIndustriesMarketing ServicesNewquay, England, United Kingdom 2 weeks agoWe’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
