This is a high-impact, customer-facing role where you are the escalation point and the technical middlemanYou will be one of the key players (joining 2 existing experts) responsible for coordinating complex technical resolutions. They are currently expanding their team, offering significant opportunity for professional growth while also providing the opportunity for someone who is truly passionate to break into the industry and really impact patients worldwide.ResponsibilitiesHandle a wide range of medical and laboratory equipment used in clinical specialties.Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical problems as well as managing customer mailbox.Assist in managing the risk associated with medical equipment (e.g., training, investigation of incidents, testing, etc.).Communicate with end-users, suppliers, and external agencies on equipment safety and risk.Compile reports and analyze data (KPIs) for the manager.RequirementsMust have experience within 2nd line support.Onsite role based in Chorley.Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.Preference will be given to candidates from a medical device background; however, candidates from a heavy machinery/manufacturing background are also welcome.If you are a driven professional with a passion for customer service, and you are ready to take on a challenging role in a global organisation, we encourage you to applyReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Verbatim Pharma by 2x. #J-18808-Ljbffr
