We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and motivated Admissions and MIS Manager, who is ready to make a real difference in the lives of our students. The Admissions and MIS Manager will manage all admissions and leavers processes. This would include coordination of new intake and in‑year admissions, as well as leavers and destination data for all students. This is a permanent role, term time only (39 weeks per year). 36 hours per week, 08.18am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. As a result, staff feel valued highly. Key Responsibilities Assist teachers in delivering and evaluating learning programmes, adapting materials to meet pupils' individual needs. Provide one‑on‑one and group support for students, including physical, emotional, and educational assistance. Maintain a safe and organised learning environment, supporting pupils’ well‑being and fostering their independence. Undertake personal care routines, if required, and contribute to activity planning. What We’re Looking For Basic numeracy and literacy skills (e.g., GCSE English and Maths or equivalent). Enthusiasm, good listening skills, and an ability to follow instructions. Training will be provided, so prior experience is not essential, however an interest in providing the best learning outcomes for every student.
