Lessons are already planned for you, so your main job is to lead the class, keep students on track, and create a positive learning environment. You’ll mostly cover English, but schools may also ask you to support other subjects. This does not require any specialist knowledge, because the work is set and your focus is simply on behaviour, engagement and clarity. While this role is particularly well suited to people with an interest or background in English, it is open to all applicants, whether or not you are a graduate.
