Live-in Care Assistants – Earn from £122.25 up to £163.80 per day + Paid Leave Location: South East London, Bromley & North West Kent (Bluebird Care Lewisham & Southwark) Bluebird Care is one of the UK’s largest and most respected providers of privately funded Home Care and Live-in Care. We’re currently recruiting Live-in Care Assistants to provide compassionate, high-quality support that enables vulnerable adults to live safely and independently in the comfort of their own homes. Bluebird Care Lewisham & Southwark is part of three local franchises covering South East London, Bromley and North West Kent. Our live-in team work across our 3 offices to ensure that our Live-in Carers enjoy consistent, ongoing placements and plenty of work opportunities. What We Offer Competitive daily rates: From £122.25 per day for a single customer (low to moderate dependency) Up to £163.80 per day for a high-dependency couple Paid annual leave £336 training completion bonus (paid in your first month’s salary) Company pension scheme Optional private medical insurance Funded formal qualifications (L2, L3, L5 Diplomas in Health & Social Care) Ongoing training and professional development Friendly, supportive office team and dedicated Live-in Care community Genuine career progression opportunities in a growing, high-demand sector Smartphone technology to make your work simple and efficient About the Role As a Live-in Care Assistant, you’ll live in the customer’s home (in a private bedroom) and provide day-to-day care and companionship. Placements vary in length, but most carers work on a rotational basis, which can be discussed during interview. Each customer has an individualised care plan tailored to their needs, which may include: Personal care and medication support Meal preparation and shopping Household tasks and light cleaning Companionship and emotional support Encouraging independence and social engagement Above all, your goal is to help each person live their best possible life at home.
