Responsibilities Direct and manage the flow of traffic on-site to ensure the safety of all personnel and visitors. Communicate effectively with drivers, pedestrians, and site personnel to prevent accidents and maintain order. Monitor and enforce compliance with site safety protocols and traffic management plans. Assist in the coordination of deliveries and vehicle movements to minimize disruption. Conduct regular inspections of traffic routes and report any hazards or issues to the site supervisor. Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements and incidents as required. Act as a point of contact for any traffic-related queries or concerns on-site. Qualifications Valid EUSR (Energy & Utility Skills Register) certification is essential. Proven experience in a Traffic Marshall or similar role is highly desirable. Strong understanding of traffic management and health and safety regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in high‑pressure situations. Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem‑solving. Day-to-Day Direct vehicles and pedestrians safely around the site. Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to ensure smooth operations. Monitor traffic flow and adjust as necessary to prevent congestion or hazards. Provide clear and concise instructions to drivers and pedestrians. Conduct routine checks of traffic management equipment and report any issues. Respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies, ensuring the safety of all individuals on-site.
