A Litigation Legal Secretary is required for a top Legal 500 law firm in the West End, on a full time basis. Overview This is an office based role and you are required to have at least 1 year of experience working as a Litigation Legal Secretary, but no more than 4 years of experience. Responsibilities Supporting the Litigation fee earners with administrative tasks File management Diary management Audio and copy typing Preparing forms or documents for court Arranging appointments Opening and closing files Liaising with clients and other professionals Data processing and management Qualifications Good IT skills, including MS Word, Outlook, and case management systems Knowledge of legal terminology/document formats (training can be provided) Strong communication and organisational skills Professional, discreet, and client-focused Benefits Salary is between £27,000 - £30,000 and dependent on experience. 23 days holiday + bank holidays + Christmas closure Auto-enrolment pension Contact If you are a Litigation Legal Secretary seeking a new opportunity, apply today.
