Assistant Store Manager – PUMA Group Join us in our mission to drive speed and spirit, inspiring performance, a vibrant sporting legacy, togetherness and authenticity. Responsibilities Ensure the store consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals using short‑ and long‑term planning, expense control and service excellence. Guarantee consistently high standards of customer experience in line with PUMA’s brand values and service standards. Accurately process sales, exchange, refund transactions and discounts at the cash desk while adhering to Discount Policy & Procedures. Assist the Store Manager in recruitment, training, development, succession planning and performance appraisals of the team. Analyze customer profiles, buying trends and competitive information to drive business together with the Store Manager. Assume responsibility for loss prevention and operational compliance, manage inventory and shrink goals, and oversee physical inventory counts. Assist the Store Manager in communicating, managing and executing marketing‑driven initiatives and events within budget and according to all policies & procedures. Qualifications Proven management experience in a customer service‑oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear). Passion for the PUMA brand. Commercial and financial acumen. Customer‑oriented, reliable and friendly personality. Recruiting and team development skills. Strong interpersonal, communication and self‑motivation skills. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Ability to present information to large groups. Interest in innovation and change. PC literacy, general MS‑Office knowledge including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Internet. On‑site and off‑site training participation. Developmental position for high‑performing supervisors aspiring to become Store Managers. PUMA supports over 19,000 employees across 120+ countries.
