Your Role Our Intelligent Process and Performance (IPP) team sits at the forefront of digital process and operations transformation. In this Director role you will work across sectors, shaping your career towards a specific capability or sector, and will work alongside process experts to deliver solutions using Agile, Scrum and SAFe. Your responsibilities include: Originating, leading and delivering new and existing automation engagements. Driving sales, expanding accounts, developing new accounts and managing bookings and project deliverables. Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and engaging partners & vendors through commercial frameworks and legal agreements. Leading project engagements, RFPs and proposals, constructing standard and bespoke deals. Providing architectural oversight for automation solutions. Managing the IPP capability and contributing to business development, internal thought‑tanks, training, and client hosting events. Your Profile Demonstrated origination, market making, account creation and sell‑on experience. Personal sales of £2m+ and ability to manage account revenue and bookings. UK security clearance eligibility. Relationship builder and networking skills. Experience in bid writing and all stages of the sales and delivery cycle. Ability to structure standard and bespoke deals and develop go‑to‑market packs for C‑suite. Technical experience in IDP, NLP, ML, GenAI, workflow and RPA. Comfortable with on‑prem and cloud architecture. Assessment of a client’s automation maturity and awareness of AI ethics legislation and sustainability. Experience building propositions with partners and vendors. Azure or AWS Practitioner certification. Proven success in a matrixed consulting organisation with strong stakeholder engagement.
